I have to agree, having only ever worn heels for going out in and living in canvas tennis type shoes I am now paying the price I now have something called "Plantar Fasicitus" which is extremely painful and leaving me having to find shoes now deep enough to insert my arch supports!
Take heed young girls wanting to wear ballet type pumps!

youve given me hope!!when my son starting climbing out of his cotbed at 2 and a half, i fist tried putting him back to bed numerous times. the worst was that not only would it be a struggle gettting him to stay in his cot when we put him to bed, but he would wake up early, especially in the summer months, and climb out and wreak havoc in his room at unearthly hours of the morning like 3am or 4am.
we then tried adding about 6 inches of height to the cotbed by drilling in wooden planks purchased from B&Q to surround the cotbed.this worked for about a fornight when he figured out how to overcome this hurdle as well.
i will now try your solution number 3 of removing the planks underneath the mattress to make the cotbed sides even higher!!wish me luck

I have been reading up on this and there are more and more people saying the same thing, what gets to me that after all these years of the microwave being out there that it has only taken people now to see the dangers, let hope that its not late, also another is that we must not leave our water bottles lying in the car in the sun and then reuse or drink from them as this has also come out that this is dangerous.
