We might be away to experience the next baby boom post lockdown so we thought we’d do some research on some of our favourite unusual and unique baby names from the late 70s.
Our cool vintage baby names have been put together using the official statistics from Scotland. We’ve searched through the records for you to put together the most unusual baby boys’ names and unique baby girls names from the 70s. Only one baby was named with each name in their given year making them wonderfully unusual. But, we think they should make a comeback in the 2020’s so if your ready for some baby name inspiration then look no further. We hope we help these baby names make a comeback.
A little note: we don’t believe names are exclusively for any gender but this is the way the data was divided in the national statistics collection so we thought it best to present it this way too.
